experience in residential real estate across the United States.
Throughout her career, she has worked at a high level in both the
purchase and sale of homes, with extensive experience alongside
industry leaders such as Zillow and Compass. Much of her background is
rooted in operations, management, and transaction oversight, giving
her a perspective that goes far beyond the typical agent role.
Having closed and overseen thousands of transactions, Jany has seen
nearly every scenario that can arise in a residential deal. This depth
of experience allows her to approach real estate with a sharp
problem-solving mindset, strong negotiation skills, and a clear focus
on what matters most: getting deals to the finish line smoothly and
successfully. Jany brings a multifaceted approach to every
transaction. Her operational background allows her to anticipate
challenges before they arise, communicate proactively, and guide
clients through complex decisions with confidence and clarity.
She understands not just how transactions should work, but how they
actually work in real life. Now based in Rockville Centre, Jany lives
with her fiancé, whose family owns businesses across Long Island,
giving her deep familiarity with the local market, neighborhoods, and
community dynamics. While her experience spans markets nationwide, her
connection to Long Island is both personal and hands-on.
Jany fell in love with real estate in 2012, and it has remained her
passion ever since. She has served as Head of Customer Experience in a
previous chapter of her career, shaping her client-first approach
today. She is deeply committed to communication, transparency, and
education, believing that informed clients make empowered decisions.
